Table Space
Each person will be seated at their own six foot long table with access to an electrical outlet (please bring your own extension cord and tape). Most table groupings will allow each attendee to sit at an end seat, however, if you are attending with a group of 5 or more, you may be placed in traditional rows.
Meals
Meals and beverages are included with your registration. Soda, water and coffee will be provided every day. Lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided on Saturday and brunch will be provided on Sunday.
Location
Scrapista 2009 will be held at the Holiday Inn at Gwinnett Center.
The cost of a hotel room is not included in your registration fee, however, the hotel has provided all Scrapista attendees a guaranteed room rate of $79 per night. Each attendee is responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Once your registration process is complete, you will receive the event code for hotel booking via email.
Vendors and Classes *UPDATED*
Our vendors will be offering a free make n’ take and the opportunity to learn a new technique during one of their fee-based classes. Details about vendors, teachers and available classes are being added to the homepage as they are finalized. Final class sneak peeks should be up for your review and class sign-up available by mid-June!
Event Reservations
Space is limited. Seats will be reserved once you have completed the registration process and have paid your deposit through Paypal.
In order to reserve your space, 50% of the total event amount is payable at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be payable no later than 45 days before the event. Registrations not paid using these guidelines will be canceled unless Scrapista has approved other arrangements in writing.
